Eye tracking experiment in the Favorite Flower Gallery

Live Eye Tracking Event
Eye tracking live experiment satisfied during vernissage in Berlin

Flowers are a great present. To give flowers spreads feelings of happiness. This applies especially to the personal favorite flower. But which of the many flower species is my favorite? We addressed this question in a live experiment during two days in the Favorite Flower Gallery in Berlin.

In cooperation with tollwasblumenmachen.de we analyzed the visual attention during the perception of flower images. About 100 visitors of the exhibition participated in the study and answered some questions e.g. about the purchase of flowers or the presence of flowers in their childhood, before they viewed a photo of 18 different flowers. The recorded gaze data was analyzed and compared to the given answers. As a special giveaway, each participant received a post card with his or her personal heat map.

The gallery is open until 19 October, daily from 2 to 8 pm, admission is free.
