Testers take part in user studies either remotely using their own PC or on-site in a lab environment. During a usability test, everything a user does is recorded. EYEVIDO Lab captures the users’ gaze with infrared or webcam eye-tracking, records speech as well as mouse movements, and allows the user to fill out survey elements.
Our patented, intelligent screenshot technology captures user interactions of test users on screenshots of live web pages. Even dynamic elements such as drop-down menus and pop-ups can be detected. When scrolling on the web page, the screenshot length is automatically adjusted.
Our software recognizes whether test users have visited the same sub-pages. If multiple testers are on the same page, the data is accumulated and displayed on a single screenshot.

EYEVIDO Portal is the online workspace to create and analyze usability tests. Design your own study, add media elements and define tasks i.e., “Find a blue shirt in size M”.
